Telephone Receptionist working from home
We are looking for someone who is bilingual (English-Spanish) to attend and process appointments for massages and facials at our spas in the Miami area.
Requirements
– With some experience in customer service.
– Work from home as an independent contractor.
– With permission to work in the United States of America
Responsibilities
– Telephone service to our customers
– Coordinate appointments for massages in our spas
– Coordinate and invoice events (massage services at home)
– Process and answer reviews made on social networks
Remuneration
– 1 free massage per month in one of our Spas (Non-transferable)
